ABOUT NYBAKAT

Nybakat is a family owned Swedish café & bakery located in Nerja. The owners, Björn & Terese Romani are from Stockholm and have many years of experience from the industry and running their own business.

We offer a variety of sourdough- and naturally yeasted bread, as well as buns & cakes, pasteries, sandwiches and sallads. All of our coffee is ecological and from Lavazza. 

 

Our philosophy is to find the best seasonal ingredients from local producers and make everything from scratch without semi-manufactured products.
