Welcome to Nybakat, a family-owned Swedish café & bakery

Meet the passionate duo behind the scenes, Björn & Terese Romani and family, originally from Stockholm, Sweden.

With a lifetime dedicated to the craft of baking, Björn's journey began as an apprentice at Gunnarsson Special patisserie and bakery, he has since owned traditional and well-known bakeries in Stockholm.

From February 2022, the duo runs Nybakat Nerja café & bakery and from August 2024 they have expanded to Marbella.
